Deadline for sponsorship opportunities is May 1, 2026  

Symposium Friends 

•          Listing in the ISADE2023 Program and/or App., as ‘Friends of ISADE.’

Symposium Advertiser 

•          One-page, double-sided advertisement in the ISADE 2023 Proceedings booklet and/or App.
•          Listing in the ISADE 2023 Program and/or App.
•          One tabletop display at the ISADE 2023 Symposium in the vendor exhibit area.

Symposium Exhibitor 

•          One-page, double-sided advertisement in the ISADE 2023 Proceedings booklet and/or App.
•          Listing in the ISADE 2023 Program and/or App.
•          One tabletop display at the ISADE 2023 Symposium in the vendor exhibit area.
•          10-minute oral presentation at the Vendor Session held in conjunction with the conference dinner or special session.
•          Complete mailing list of all Symposium attendees.
•          Sponsor level Symposium Exhibitor receives ONE free (comp) registration

Symposium Sponsor 

•          One-page, double-sided advertisement in the ISADE 2023 Proceedings booklet and/or App.

•          Prominent recognition of support in the ISADE 2023 Program and/or App.

•          This will include unique recognition as an ISADE 2023 Sponsor, as well as sole sponsorship of an event (reception mixer, poster session, etc.).

•          One tabletop display at the ISADE 2023 Symposium in the vendor exhibit area.

•          10-minute oral presentation at the Vendor Session held in conjunction with the conference dinner or special session.

•          Vendors Logo's prominently displayed.

•          Complete mailing list of all workshop attendees and members.

•         Sponsor level Symposium Sponsor receives TWO free (comp) registrations

 

PAYMENT

We offer various ways to pay: direct wire/bank transfer of funds, credit card or debit card via our payment link, money order by mail, or check by mail. {Note: we prefer Wire Transfers or Bank Checks, to avoid loss from fees with CC payment systems.} Upon payment, a final confirmation is sent for your records. If you need an additional or specific type of confirmation, please let us know. If personal or corporate credit cards are not an option, either:

...Watch the last screen of the register and pay. At the last screen use the link marked "Invoice me" on the payment screen to generate an invoice emailed to you. Submit it through your organization channels for payment by check or bank wire transfer.
