The Scientific Workshops offers a variety of sponsorships and vendor packages.

Sponsorship/donations are tax-deductible, as SW is a 501c(3) with Public Charity Status 509a(2)

Your past generous support of our workshops has allowed for highly successful and educational meetings. Since the Scientific Workshops is a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with Public Charity Status of 509a(2), without a government sponsor or industrial endowment fund, we rely on the generosity of private organizations involved to help underwrite some of the costs of the meeting. Sponsorship includes several networking opportunities throughout the event that would be nearly impossible to support using registration fees alone. Sponsorship funds are also used to support the Student Scholarship Award program. The Scientific Workshops fill an important niche in the security community, particularly with this year’s TEDD & CED Workshops, as it brings related fields of trace explosives and drug detection together for a unique cross-sharing of technical information and knowledge.

PAYMENT

We offer five ways to pay: direct wire/bank transfer of funds, credit card or debit card via our PayPal link, money order by mail, or check by mail. {Note: we prefer Wire Transfers or Bank Checks to avoid loss from fees with CC payment systems.}  Upon payment, a final confirmation is sent for your records. Please let us know if you need an additional or specific type of confirmation. If personal or corporate credit cards are not an option, either:
