LODGING

  • Deadline to book lodging 1 October 2026
  • For security reasons, specific lodging detail is provided in your registration message. Please do not share the lodging details.
  • Lodging rate is €219 (Euro’s) per night, includes VAT…but does not include the Residence Tax (currently €7.70 per night).  The rate includes the hotel buffet style breakfast each morning.  This rate is for single occupancy. For double occupancy, an additional fee of €25 shall be applied. 

  • CHECK IN PROCEDURE All rooms will be available for check-in from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on your day of departure.

  • PARKING  
    The rate is €22 per day. The parking tickets are available for collection at the Reception Desk. 

  • The discounted registration fee is available only to attendees who stay at the host hotel and make their reservation using the official booking code provided, as this ensures our compliance with our contractual obligations to the host hotel.
