• For security reasons, lodging details are provided in your registration message. Please do not share the lodging details.
• Lodging rate is €219 (Euro’s) per night, includes VAT does not include Residence Tax, currently €7.70 per night.  For double occupancy, an additional fee of €25 applies.
• The discounted registration fee is available only to attendees who stay at the host hotel and make their reservation using the official booking code provided, as this ensures our compliance with our contractual obligations to the host hotel.

• The 2026 Program will be in electronic form with online access provided to delegates.
