STAYING AT HOST HOTEL*
     Early registration fee USD $950 if paid by 1st October 2026
     Regular registration fee USD $1250 October 2, 2026, through October 20, 2026

     For Planning: Lodging: €219 per night, single occupancy, including VAT but not the Residence Tax (currently €7.70 per night).  The rate includes the hotel's buffet-style breakfast each morning.  For double occupancy, an additional fee of €25 shall be applied. The on-site parking rate is €22 per day.  *The discounted registration fee is available only to attendees who stay at the host hotel and make their reservation using the official booking code provided, as this ensures our compliance with our contractual obligations to the host hotel.*

STAYING ELSEWHERE
     Early registration fee USD $1450 if paid by October 1, 2026
     Regular registration fee USD $1650 after October 1, 2026.

Payment is a two-part process.
     Register, then pay. If you are not the payment officer, forward your invoice to the payment officer. Forwarding keeps the online payment link intact.

Meals provided include the hotel's daily breakfast; an opening-night reception/mixer on Monday, November 9, 2026; lunches; morning and afternoon breaks; and dinners (excluding any scheduled free evenings). Meeting rooms, audiovisual rental fees, and—if applicable—an excursion event and dinner are also included. 

Workshop schedule is Monday Check-in from 1-5PM followed by a Welcome Reception at the Maastricht Town Hall.  Sessions are full days Tuesday through Thursday (November 9-12), with a 1/2 day Friday, November 13, ending at noon sharp. Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the Workshop. 

Lodging IS NOT INCLUDED in your Registration fee.  Reserve your room by the deadline, October 1, 2026  
     Lodging location details are provided in your registration message. Do NOT share the lodging information for security reasons.

Guest meal registration and payment are separate. Details to follow.

Refund Policy - Refund minus a $100 refund processing fee if canceled by midnight August 15, 2026

*We encourage attendees to stay at the host hotel to support conference commitments. The alternative lodging fee helps offset contractual charges associated with room block agreements.
