Registration

• 3-CEDD Registration Fee $1250-Host Hotel – $1,250.00
  $1250 registration fee if staying at host hotel
• 4-CEDD Registration $1850 Staying Elsewhere – $1,850.00
  $1850 registration fee if staying elsewhere. The Scientific Workshop organization is a US based 501c educational small business whose main purpose is to host technical workshops/conferences in the homeland security/detection field (mainly for next-generation R&D communications and network gin).
  As such, we set up the host hotel with a contract that minimizes expenses like facility charges, AV charges, Food & Beverage fees, etc., by committing to X guest room nights, i.e., a formal room block. The host hotel sets up a special rate for this, i.e., CEDD 2026 or a special link (i.e., *ONLINE BOOKING LINK: CEDD2026 Lodging), to be used by ALL attendees when making their reservations.
  Per our official statement on our registration website below, this special rate is for attendees registering for the event. If you do not book at our room rate or stay elsewhere, your registration fee will be charged at the $1,850 rate to attend the meeting. Again, this is to ensure we can meet our legal requirements from the hotel contract.
