ATTENDING A SCIENTIFIC WORKSHOP EVENT FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Register and pay by midnight, July 15, 2023, for the early reduced fee.  The late registration fee starts July 16, 2023. Fees are:
. Staying at host hotel, $975 through midnight August 1, 2023
. Late registration staying at host hotel, $1200
. Staying elsewhere $1400

NOTE:  Our online Registration is a multi-step process 

Step 1: Register to indicate interest in attending, presenting, etc.  This will generate an invoice that will be sent back to you. {you do not pay on the first step.}

Step 2: When ready to pay, use the online registration payment system (Credit Card payment). If you wish to pay by a Wire Transfer or Bank Check, please let us know and we’ll assist.

Step 3: Once payment is settled, the system will send you a Receipt, indicating you’ve paid and are all set for the ISADE 2023 in person meeting.

Meals provided during the Symposium are the opening night reception on Sunday, September 10th, 2023/mixer, daily continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, dinners (minus free nights off), and if included, an excursion event/dinner.  Workshop technical sessions are planned as full days Monday through Thursday (11th through 14th) with a final half-day on Friday, September 15th. Dress is business casual throughout the Symposium.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refund minus $100 refund processing fee issued if cancelled by midnight August 15, 2023. No refunds will be issued after August 15, 2023.
