The Early Registration fee through April 15 is $950 if staying at the host hotel. Lodging is not included in your registration fee.  Your registration fee provides for the welcome reception/mixer on Monday, June 24, 2024, lite breakfast, meeting refreshments/breaks, lunches, and dinners like the Workshop banquet.  Workshop technical sessions are planned as full days Tuesday through Thursday (June 25-27), with a final half day on Friday (1/2 day June 28). Dress is business casual throughout the Trace Explosives & Drug Detection Workshop. 

• The Early Fee of $950 if staying at the host hotel ends at midnight April 15
  
• The late fee of $1250 if staying at the host hotel begins on April 16 through midnight June 1
  
• Registration closes at midnight on June 1
  
• No Workshop access after June 1. Unpaid registrations will be deleted on that date.
• Refund minus $100 refund processing fee is issued if you withdraw by midnight May 24. No refunds will be issued after May 24, 2024.
  

We are a small nonprofit organization. By completing the registration form, you make a commitment to Scientific Workshops that you are participating in the event, that you pledge payment for your registration fee, and that we should count you in for expenses we will incur such as meal service, offsite event, final banquet dinner, production of badges and training material.
