  • Symposium payment is a two-part process. Register, then pay. If you are not the payment officer, forward your invoice to that person. Forwarding keeps the online payment link intact.

  • Symposium Fees
    $975 USD Early Registration with payment through June 1, 2026
    $1200 USD Regular Registration with payment through August 1
    $1400 USD for Lodging Elsewhere*
  • Refund Policy
    Refund minus $100 refund processing fee issued if cancelled by midnight August 15, 2026
  • Meals and Schedule
    Meals provided during the Symposium include daily breakfast; an opening-night reception/mixer on Sunday, September 13, 2026; lunches; morning and afternoon breaks; and dinners (excluding any scheduled free evenings). Meeting rooms, audiovisual rental fees, and—if applicable—an excursion event and dinner are also included.

    Workshop technical sessions are scheduled as full-day programs Monday through Thursday, September 14–17, with a final half-day session on Friday, September 18. Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the Symposium.

    *We encourage attendees to stay at the host hotel to support conference commitments. The alternative lodging fee helps offset contractual charges associated with room block agreements.
