REGISTRATION


For planning purposes:

  • Registration fee:   Early fee is $950 if staying at the host hotel and if paid by midnight, 9 May 2022, then increases to $1150 if staying at the host hotel.

  • Dates for meeting: 20 June (Monday, afternoon registration with evening welcome mixer), Tues - Thurs (full days 21st, 22nd, 23rd), Friday 24th June 2022 (half day, ending at noontime)

  • Lodging Rate is 229.00 Euro's for single occupancy room (2nd person in room, extra 20Euro's per day)  (Currency conversion link for Euros)


  • Complete the registration and payment form.  Lodging and other Workshop details are provided in you acknowledgement letter when you register.  We offer five ways to pay: credit card, debit card, money order by mail, check by mail, direct wire/bank transfer of funds. Upon payment, a final confirmation is sent. 
  • If personal or corporate credit cards are not an option for an attendee, either:
    • Use the link marked "Invoice me" on the payment screen to generate an invoice emailed to you. Forward it through your organization channels for payment by check or bank wire transfer.

    • For reduced-fee, "Early Bird" rates, payment deadline is  midnight 9th May 2022.
