COVID 19 Health and Safety Plan - TED22 The Scientific Workshops (SW) Board of Directors aims to host an enjoyable and memorable conference for all, where old friends and colleagues can once again come together to share their work and network. The recent rapid decrease in COVID-19 cases and projections for continued improvement over the coming weeks have indicated that the necessary conditions have been met for us to once again come together for the 11th Annual Workshop on Trace Explosives Detection in New Orleans, Louisiana. In the interest of maintaining the optimum level of safety for all attendees and guests, we will follow all suggested CDC guidelines depending on the level of community spread of Covid at the time of the conference. While masks are not currently required at the conference location per CDC guidelines, you are encouraged to wear one if it makes you more comfortable. In the meeting hall and at meals, we will also attempt to keep the spacing between meeting participant greater than in the past, as another means to mitigate transmission. Full vaccination for all participants is highly recommended. If you develop Covid-like symptoms during the conference, we ask that you do not attend the technical sessions or meals until you are cleared by a negative test result. We will update all participant with any changes before the workshops occurs. Further information provided by the CDC or NOLA Health Department can be found below:
